I did some stretching to make up for the days that I missed even though it’s not really making up for anything. I did need it though. I was a little tense.
In other News:
I’ve decided to take a break with my work out until Monday. I’ve been staying with my dad in Michigan for the last month and it’s time to go back home to Indiana on Friday. I have a lot of packing to do. I always have to catch up with my friends this weekend so I figured I’d just take a break instead of trying to make time when I wont have any. It’s going to be a very busy weekend.

Day 31: Back and Biceps Plus Ab Ripper X
I ended up skipping this day dad. To be honest, it was just a lazy day for me :-(
Day 32: Yoga X
Another rainy day for Yoga. I enjoyed it. I definitely needed it that day.
Day 33: Legs and Back Plus Ab Ripper X
I had a busy day so by the time I got home, I didn’t have enough time to get around to it.
Day 34: Kenpo
Today was another lazy day and I really wasn’t feeling it. I’ve had a migraine ever since I woke up this morning.
In other News:
Tomorrow during my Rest Day, I’ll make up some stuff. I’ll probably do my Ab Ripper X and then my Stretch X.
